As a Leader you may find that you are asked to speak at Unit Meetings, or at some of our larger Corporate events depending on your level of experience. Or if you are holding your own Unit Meetings you will find that you have many opportunities to speak while you train your team. Developing good 'speaking' skills is a process that takes time and practice, and anyone can learn how to present in an effective way.
